Welcome
Understanding Your Emotions. Responding to Them Differently.
We all experience anxiety, sadness, fear, frustration, and uncertainty. These emotions are a normal part of being human.
Sometimes, however, we can become caught in patterns of responding to our emotions that leave us feeling stuck. We begin avoiding situations, battling unwanted thoughts, or organising our lives around trying not to feel anxious, overwhelmed, or low. While these responses often bring short-term relief, they can unintentionally keep emotional difficulties going over time.
The goal of therapy isn't simply to eliminate difficult emotions—it's to help them stop controlling the direction of your life.
Therapy is about more than reducing symptoms. It is about helping you understand your emotional patterns, develop healthier ways of responding, and build the confidence to live the life you want—even when emotions are difficult.
Using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I help adults overcome anxiety, depression, panic, OCD, and other emotional difficulties by learning practical skills that create lasting change.
